Software modules
Folloing software module are available:
- Routine: Optimized user interface for frequently used operations; only shows the icons you need for corresponding activities; quick reading of a plate series and quick overview, quality control and release of the results.
- Research and Development: For each application, different measurement techniques / methods can be developed and applied to the samples.
- GxP / 21 CFR part 11: Guidelines and restrictions based on 21 CFR part 11.
- Daten-Management: Import of individual well descriptions or well layout from a CSV or MS Excel file; export of all measurement data in various formats such as MS Excel (also LIS/LIMS readable), LIS/LIMS compatible CSV format as well as PDF and other report formats.
- Spot Profiling: This tools helps you to create a reliable, user independent measure protocol. Based on a pre-scan the software analyzes selected wells regarding density and spot size. Especially for less-experienced Elispot and FOCI users the Spot Profiling helps to get a better feeling for proper measure parameters.
- Deep Machine Learning: New a supporting technology for various biomedical image processing applications. This is not replacing morphology or shape recognition, it is a compliment to typical morphology techniques. We developed DL models that help to automatically recognize different type of biomedical assays independent of their type of plate. Based on our own propriate database of several ten-thousands of images and predefined measure protocols we give DL based recommendations which protocol to use. Our DL system is regularly updated to enhance performance and accuracy. The system provides supportive insights to assist users in selecting suitable measure protocols.
